In August 2023, the average dental equipment import price amounted to $65,252 per ton, waning by -28.2% against the previous month. Over the last twelve months, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.7%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in February 2023 an increase of 22% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $90,909 per ton in July 2023, and then shrank remarkably in the following month.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In August 2023, the country with the highest price was Israel ($478K per ton), while the price for Vietnam ($9,429 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From August 2022 to August 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Israel (+10.2%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

In August 2023, the average dental equipment export price amounted to $121K per ton, declining by -45.6% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price showed a noticeable setback. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in July 2023 an increase of 72% month-to-month. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $223K per ton, and then shrank dramatically in the following month.
