In August 2023, the average antisera export price amounted to $1.9M per ton, reducing by -22.4% against the previous month. Overall, the export price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in October 2022 when the average export price increased by 49% m-o-m. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the peak figure at $2.9M per ton in June 2023; afterwards, it flattened through to August 2023.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was the United States ($17.9M per ton), while the average price for exports to Switzerland ($399K per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From August 2022 to August 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Poland (+28.2%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average antisera import price amounted to $1,307,702 per ton, jumping by 158% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. As a result, import price attained the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was the Netherlands ($8,407,073 per ton), while the price for South Korea ($233,839 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Hungary (+8.7%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.
Antisera Exports in Germany
