At the same time, Chile (+23.9%), Switzerland (+20.1%), the Philippines (+17.8%), the UK (+16.4%), Canada (+9.9%), the Netherlands (+9.2%), Malaysia (+8.9%), Germany (+6.2%), South Korea (+5.6%) and France (+4.4%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Chile emerged as the fastest-growing importer imported in the world, with a CAGR of +23.9% from 2013-2023. From 2013 to 2023, the share of the United States, the UK, the Philippines and Chile increased by +24, +2.9, +2.3 and +1.6 percentage points, while the shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, China ($1.3B) remains the largest wooden office furniture supplier worldwide, comprising 29% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was held by Canada ($402M), with a 9.2% share of global exports. It was followed by Vietnam, with an 8.8% share.

From 2013 to 2023, the average annual growth rate of value in China stood at +3.7%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Canada (+0.8% per year) and Vietnam (+1.8% per year).

Export Prices By Country
